Our company now owned more than 20 different types of weaving machine, which can produce with the wire diameters ranging from 0.08 mm to 0.40mm, the max width is 30 inch. The molded meshwork can be rolled to wave type. And there are kinds of materials for the clients to choose. Knitted mesh is used in air bag of car, made strictly according to QS 16949.

Our airbag filters are compressed wire mesh elements providing any suitable pattern and depth filtration effect, assuring that heat and contaminants do not compromise airbags during inflation. 

Material: AISI302,304,304L,316,316L,321, brass, phosphor bronze, fibre, ect.

Wire diameter: 0.10mm to 0.40mm, (usual 0.25mm)

Wire shape: round wire, flat wire

Opening: from 2x3mm to 12x6mm

Strand: single or double or multi-wire

Width of the flat sock: 10mm to 720mm

Needle number: 14-240 needles

Application: used for demister, car parts, filtration.

Extrusion part

Material: stainless steel, galvanized steel, mild steel, copper, aluminum, monel metal wire.

Manufacture: according to customer’s drawing

Application: filtration, car part, gasket, spindle gland, shock absorber.
